Customer experience: Onet supports excellence at the Centre International de Deauville
Onet has been providing cleaning services for the prestigious Centre International de Deauville since 2011. Nearly 140 events, including the famous Deauville American Film Festival, take place every year, sometimes simultaneously, on two sites: the Palais des Congrès and the Villa le Cercle. A permanent team of 15 cleaners and 2 Onet site managers are mobilized on a daily basis to meet the challenges of this emblematic site.
The long-standing partnership between Onet and the Centre International de Deauville is testimony to Onet's ability to mobilize the necessary expertise in an exceptional location, and to play an essential role in providing a healthy, safe and reliable environment for the 130,000 visitors to the CID.

Can you tell us about your business?
"In 2022, we welcomed nearly 130,000 people, participants and visitors. We organize a lot of BtoB events, but also BtoC events, in particular the famous American festival in Deauville. No fewer than 130 to 140 events take place each year, and sometimes simultaneously, as we manage two sites: the Palais des Congrès and the Villa le Cercle."
What's at stake when it comes to cleanliness?
" There are issues of expertise, linked to our history. We have buildings listed as historic monuments, with original parquet floors, woodwork... It's vital to be able to preserve them while maintaining them!
We are also committed to the excellence of Deauville's reputation, which must be reflected in our cleaning services.
Last but not least, CSR issues seem unavoidable to us and are increasingly requested by our customers."
How does Onet support you in these missions?
" We work on a daily basis with permanent Onet teams, who know our needs inside out. They have an expert eye for day-to-day site maintenance. We also set up appropriate arrangements for each event, in complete confidence!
Onet's teams know how to anticipate and manage the unexpected. They understand our challenges very well, so we rely on the advice of these specialists!
In particular, we carried out a major in-depth study of waste management, involving Onet's research department. At one event, we were aiming for a 60% waste recycling rate, and we achieved a 70% rate!
From now on, we intend to extend this system to all our operations. It fits perfectly with my definition of a successful event: it's not just about ensuring customer satisfaction, it's about exceeding their expectations! To achieve this, we need service providers who share our commitment to CSR. That's exactly what Onet is all about.
