Workshop "Reinventing our nuclear operations with AI to gain in performance".

Onet Technologies will be hosting a workshop dedicated to artificial intelligence and new technologies for performance, on Wednesday November 5 at 10:30 am.

This exchange will be an opportunity to share our vision of the challenges and opportunities that these innovations bring to the nuclear industry. Brice Massazza, Technical Director, and Michael Taylor, International Development Manager, will present how AI can help transform our operations to gain in efficiency and reliability.

AI welding demonstration

Our presence at WNE 2025 will be marked by a live demonstration of artificial intelligence-assisted welding, performed 700 km away from the machine!

This technology makes it possible to automate, optimize and control welding and inspection operations, essential to the safety of nuclear facilities. Thanks to AI, parameters are adjusted in real time to guarantee optimum quality, while automated analysis ensures real-time quality control. This process enhances reliability, traceability and safety, while meeting industry requirements and compensating for the shortage of skilled labor.

The AI-driven self-adaptive orbital welding process with real-time quality control received funding from France Relance.

Activities New nuclear

Construction of new high-power reactors, SMRs, life extensions for existing reactors, CIGEO, extension of the Tricastin enrichment plant... The nuclear projects of tomorrow are numerous, designed to respond to the climate crisis and produce low-carbon energy.

Activities Nuclear decommissioning

Onet Technologies works with its customers to decontaminate and dismantle facilities of all kinds and complexity, providing a comprehensive range of services. Our experts use innovative techniques such as laser cutting, 3D modeling and virtual reality.

Activities Nuclear waste management

Onet Technologies masters the entire management chain for radioactive nuclear and other hazardous waste, from collection to treatment and remediation. Our teams carry out engineering and consulting missions dedicated to our customers' waste issues, and then implement turnkey solutions.

Activities Manufacturing

Onet Technologies recently strengthened its industrial expertise by integrating SDMS - La chaudronnerie blanche® - and investing in TechnoPlus Industries, thus expanding its manufacturing and engineering capabilities. Thanks to these synergies, we can support our industrial customers - in the nuclear, research, aeronautics and space sectors - by offering them global solutions, from design to production of complex assemblies, while guaranteeing high standards of quality and performance.

Activities Large construction site logistics

We offer comprehensive site support services (PGAC) and act as industrial operators for nuclear power plants, fuel cycle facilities, naval bases and experimental reactors. In this way, we enable our customers to concentrate on their core business, and support them in the day-to-day operation of their sites.

Activities Training

To offer the experience and level of service of a major group, Onet Technologies has fifteen training centers throughout France, providing regulatory, qualification and certification training.
