WNE 2025: Relive Onet Technologies' highlights from the show!
From November 4 to 6, 2025, Paris played host to the 6ᵉ edition of WNE, the world's leading trade show dedicated to civil nuclear power.
Onet Technologies was present throughout the three-day event to present its activities and innovations, meet its customers and exchange views with all stakeholders. The event was also an opportunity to formalize new partnerships.
Here's a video review of another successful edition!
A year of partnerships for Onet Technologies
With the signing of three major agreements at the show, Onet Technologies confirms its position as a key player in the nuclear industry.
✔️ Acquisition of Fromeca: We have finalized the acquisition of Fromeca, strengthening our manufacturing division with its skills in machining traditional materials and specific alloys. This acquisition complements and enriches the mechanical welding and boiler-making expertise of SDMS, the group's white boiler-making division.
✔️ Partnership with EDF for the EPR2 program: We have entered into a partnership for the supply of shell-and-tube heat exchangers. This equipment is intended for the cooling circuits of the shutdown reactor building pool, as well as for the treatment of effluents produced by the plant.
✔️ Agreement with Framatome: We have formalized a partnership with Framatome. The agreement covers the supply of equipment for the Romans-sur-Isère nuclear fuel fabrication plant.

A world first: live demonstration of our artificial intelligence welding process
WNE also featured a world first: a live demonstration of the artificial intelligence welding process developed by Onet Technologies.
The machine, installed in Marseille, was controlled live from Paris on our stand. The demonstration was a great success, and highlighted the work accomplished by our teams since 2022 on the self-adapting orbital process and its continuous quality control, a project supported by funding from France Relance.
We then led a workshop in this vein, entitled "Reinventing our nuclear operations with AI to gain in performance". This exchange enabled us to share our vision of the challenges to be met and the opportunities offered by these innovations for the nuclear industry.

A further step in Onet Technologies' commitment to a healthier, safer and more reliable nuclear industry
Onet Technologies has also demonstrated its commitment to tomorrow's nuclear power through a number of significant milestones.
Alongside CMA CGM and Bureau Veritas Group, we have joined over thirty European partners in signing the Declaration of Cooperation to accelerate the use of nuclear power in maritime applications.
In the same vein, we have signed a letter of intent with Otrera, to jointly contribute to the development of next-generation reactors for a sustainable energy future.
