For over 55 years, we have been meeting the requirements of airlines and airports by providing the services set out in Appendix A of the standard ground handling contract published by the I.A.T.A.*, in strict compliance with their specifications and current quality assurance standards.

Airport training and E-Learning
In the airport handling business, the reliability and safety of services depend on qualified, stable and well-trained teams and management. Onet's in-house training structure, Formation Services, has been developing innovative training engineering since 1973. The development of employee skills is based in particular on in-house training courses tailored to airport handling professions.
Proximity
With our network of agencies specializing in airport assistance, each stopover has its own dedicated facility. Our proximity to our customers and their employees ensures optimum responsiveness and enables us to adapt our services to variations in activity. This proximity fosters a continuous improvement process.
Quality
QSSE processes form the operational architecture of our stopovers. They are based on an Integrated Management System (IMS). Flight safety and security are at the heart of our employees' concerns. To eliminate the risk of aircraft impact and optimize personal safety, we have implemented a Human Factor (HF) policy and a Flight Safety Management System.
