Why a privacy policy?
The purpose of this privacy policy is to tell you how we use your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, better known by the acronym RGPD.
In the course of its activities, the Onet Group (Onet S.A. and all its French subsidiaries) will collect and use personal data. As the company attaches the greatest importance to the security and confidentiality of your data, we want this policy to be as clear as possible.
This Policy may be updated from time to time, whether to enrich, simplify or detail it, or because required by law. We therefore recommend that you read it regularly, although we will draw your attention to any significant changes.
Version dated August1, 2024
Who is responsible for processing?
Onet S.A. (and its subsidiaries: Onet Propreté, Onet Security & Accueil, Onet Logistique, Onet Airport Services, Onet Technologies, GIE Assistances Services, Sinteo) is responsible for all use of the websites.
In this way, Onet determines why and how personal data is used. For example, to respond to your contact requests in a variety of ways, or to include you in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database.
What are my rights ?
The RGPD was designed to strengthen your rights over the use of your personal data:
- Right to information
It is your right to know what we are going to do with your data.
- Right of access
This right allows you to ask us what personal information we hold about you.

You can request that your personal data be amended if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to object
You may object to the use of your personal data for reasons relating to your particular situation.
- Withdrawal of consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without having to justify yourself when consent is the legal basis for the use of your data.
- Right to limitation
You can ask for your personal data to be "frozen", so that we can retain it while you take action.
- Right to erasure
You can request the deletion of your personal data if the legal basis for the use of the data does not object (for example, requesting the deletion of your data from the tax authorities would not work!).
- Right to portability
You may ask us to communicate to you or to a third party, in a comprehensible manner, the personal data that you have directly provided to us.
- Post-mortem law
You have the option of designating someone to look after your personal data after your death.
How do I exercise my rights or who do I contact if I have a question?
If you have any questions, or if you wish to exercise your rights (information, access, rectification, opposition, withdrawal of consent, limitation, deletion, portability or post mortem), you can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) or in French the Délégué à la Protection des Données via these addresses:
