Air&Rail: Intermodality at the passenger's service
For several months now, Onet Airport Services has been supporting Air France in implementing the Air&Rail offer at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. This "intermodal" solution enables passengers to make a continuous journey from Brussels station to one of Air France's 194 destinations - South Africa, Reunion or Brazil - via Paris CDG. This is achieved by combining the first part of the journey by train with the second leg by plane.
Our mission: to provide attentive service between train and plane
Our teams are mobilized to ensure that Air&Rail passengers have a smooth and serene journey when they connect at Paris CDG. Their role includes :
Trains arriving at CDG ;
- The secure transfer of their luggage to the injection mats.
- Welcoming passengers and directing them to the various terminals.
Trains from CDG :
- Welcome and check-in for international customers,
- Supporting customers with special needs
- Transfer baggage handling
Our aim is to ensure a smooth, safe and humane transition between modes of transport, in a complex but structured environment.
By facilitating connections between rail and air, we actively contribute to more responsible mobility and the continuous improvement of the passenger experience.
