The laboratories meet biosafety requirements for class 1 to 3 pathogens. The substances stored and the biological agents studied require our teams to maintain a high level of prevention.
As BioMérieux's security provider, we are required to :

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
during construction work
Our agents supervise all worksites at Bio Mérieux sites, taking preventive action. They ensure that service providers comply with site safety rules. They check the conformity of equipment (fire extinguisher, PPE, safety shoes, helmet) and company authorizations. In the event of hot-spot work, they draw up fire permits.
Agents at Onet Security smooth traffic flow on the site to prevent a carrier from temporarily blocking activity. Each job site is logged on a dedicated application to offer our customer total traceability.
Hybrid device
for enhanced safety
A system of surveillance cameras, intruder alarms and technical alarms extends the perimeter of our agents' intervention. They regularly carry out video surveillance rounds via a screen wall.
In parallel, the Security HQ agents manage alarms (anti-intrusion, technical, SSI), access control devices (intercom) and issue badges for employees and visitors. They also ensure that each lone worker has an ITP.
Digitalization

To effectively manage the service, we deployed Guardtek software at Biomérieux sites. It was parameterized to meet our customer's needs: continuity of service, communication and application of instructions, detailed reporting...
The agents' smartphones are interfaced with the software, enabling BioMérieux teams to monitor service statistics in real time: rounds carried out, incidents, reports, entries and exits, start of service...
Increased vigilance
on rounds
For each round, the agent is systematically equipped with a rugged smartphone with a geolocation system. Rounds are essential for :
- Maintain fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, etc.)
- Check technical installations (production line, motor pump and generator set, oxygen meter, containment tank valves, etc.).
- Monitor high-risk areas (flammable premises, waste areas, retention bins, etc.).
In the event of an incident, the agent on patrol can create a handrail directly on the application, and add photos and videos to alert Biomérieux management.
Recurring exercises
to improve incident efficiency
Every quarter, our operatives take part in real-life exercises: starting a fire, triggering an alarm, rescuing someone, chemical spills, signaling an ITP...
When developing exercise scenarios,Onet Security management takes into account the risks inherent to each site. These training sessions contribute directly to the operational effectiveness of our agents in the event of an incident.
Contribute to limiting the energy impact
of sites
Our agents educate staff and visitors on the right reflexes to reduce the energy impact of our sites.
Anomalies that could lead to losses are recorded on the application during rounds.
We are dematerializing a large part of the site's documentation (computer handbook, reports, administrative documents, etc.).
