Onet Technologies accelerates its development by successfully finalizing the acquisition of SDMS - La chaudronnerie blanche® and its investment in TechnoPlus Industries.

This operation involves 3 industrial sites and 200 employees, bringing Onet Technologies' sales to over €300 million.

The company is accelerating its development by adding manufacturing capacity. A recognized player in engineering, maintenance and on-site operations for the nuclear and defense industries, Onet Technologies now offers its customers comprehensive engineering solutions, from upstream studies to deployment on industrial sites.
