Onet wins contract for 373 Crédit Agricole branches in South-West France

Onet Cleaning and Associated Services also operates from four regional headquarters in Toulouse, Bordeaux, Agen and Aire sur l'Adour.

Crédit Agricole was built on a decentralized structure, based on the autonomy of the Regional Banks. The South-West region comprises 4 Regional Banks. Onet Propreté et Services had already held the monopoly of the Midi Pyrénées Regional Bank branches for some fifteen years.

This new 3-year contract means that Onet Propreté et Services is now present in 3 of the 4 regional branches in the South-West.

Tailor-made solutions

To respond to this important market for the region and strategic for the Group, a dedicated Crédit Agricole "steering control tower" has been set up, with a dedicated contact person. 

The main assets that enabled us to win this contract were :

• highlighting the many references of multi-site network customers in the Onet Propreté et Services portfolio,
• the location of Onet Cleaning and Associated Services branches, which are perfectly aligned with those of Crédit Agricole, ensuring a high level of responsiveness,  
• the many years of experience acquired in the Midi Pyrénéen region,
• implementation of traceability, service monitoring and quality tools such as Blue Quality, Blue Business Line, Just Time and Onet Traçabilité,
• the ability to adapt to the use of Crédit Agricole's internal management tool.  

These tools, combined with its recognized expertise in cleaning and services, have led to Onet's success in this new call for tenders.

This success has enabled the Onet Group to continue its long-standing partnership with Crédit Agricole.
