Rexel renews its confidence in Onet Logistique
World expert in multi-channel professional distribution of products and services for the energy sector, Rexel continues its collaboration by once again choosing Onet Logistique for 4 of its sites.
A relationship of trust built up over many years
Onet began working with Rexel in 2015 on the Toulouse logistics center, which brings together 2 sites: Tournefeuille and Plaisance.
This involved cleaning and industrial waste management services. On the strength of this success, it was only natural that in March 2015, Rexel asked Onet Logistics to support it with a freight forwarding service at the Tournefeuille site, and complete management from reception to preparation and dispatch at the Plaisance site. This new contract was set up in synergy with Rexel's teams.
A genuine partnership has been established between the Onet and Rexel teams to ensure continuous improvement. The implementation of Lean Management, as well as indicators and operating procedures, are all part of this process. All these actions have helped to establish a real climate of trust.
Efforts and know-how rewarded
Following the implementation of services at the Toulouse site, in 2017 Rexel chose Onet Logistique to provide shipping services at the Miramas site in the Bouches-du-Rhône region.
At the end of 2018, Onet offered Rexel support in its move to the Cestas site.
Then, in 2019, Rexel launched a call for tenders for shipping services for the Cestas site in Gironde and the Roissy-en-Brie site in Seine et Marne.
Drawing on our experience and knowledge of our customers and their issues, we have tailored our offer to suit each of their sites.
So, since February1, we've been working at the Roissy-en-Brie site, and from March 2020, we'll be present at the Cestas site.

We knew Onet through the cleaning branch and we appreciate their reliability, their advice and their operational approach. For logistics services at our centers, we found the same guarantees in their proposal. We share the same values, we want to support our teams and have a very human management style. We have succeeded in establishing a real relationship of trust, and we work together to improve our processes on a daily basis. It's a real "win-win" relationship, with everyone trying to understand each other's work so as to move in the same direction.

- 28,000 parcels handled per day (i.e. 7,000 parcels per site per day for Toulouse, 8,000 for Miramas, 8,000 (with 2 departures per day) for Roissy-en-Brie, and 5,000 for Cestas).
