How proud we are to discover the results of the September 2023 wave of the SNCF Gares & Connexions Customer Satisfaction barometer!

Three of the stations where our teams work have been singled out in this ranking. As the cleaning service provider for these stations, we are proud to contribute to their performance.

Monaco Monte-Carlo station was ranked 1st in the SNCF network for the "Well-being in stations" pillar, with an exceptional score of 9.40/10! Customers particularly praised the station's cleanliness, comfort and safety measures.

Dijon and Metz stations come in 1st and 3rd respectively for Promise 3 "Cleanliness and safety"!

This barometer is SNCF Gares & Connexions' main tool for measuring perceived quality. Customers are interviewed face-to-face in stations and rate the station from 0 to 10 on 7 service promises.

This constant monitoring illustrates the importance SNCF places on the quality of the passenger experience.

It's true that stations are an integral part of the lives of millions of passengers.
