In 2023,Ugap once again selects Onet Security as its human safety and security provider for 4 years, for the regions of Île de France, Provence Alpes Côtes d'Azur, Nouvelle Aquitaine, Pays de la Loire and Centre-Val de Loire.

This vehicle, equipped with video-surveillance cameras, extends our agents' field of action thanks to an 8.5m-high telescopic mast. Applications: replacing an inoperative security PC, monitoring isolated areas, managing a crisis or event...
This system can be completed with Exosphère, our high-security mobile surveillance unit. This aerostat can be used to secure a large-scale event or a site, day or night. This technology integrates intelligent video-surveillance to detect any anomaly, thanks to its vision 150 m above the ground.
Nomadic video surveillance terminals:
This solution enhances surveillance of high-risk areas, day and night. It can be installed very quickly and requires no construction work. Applications: surveillance of construction sites and isolated areas.

From operational measurement of service quality to management of estimates and invoices, several of our tools are interfaced with Ugap software, or will soon be. These digital developments enable us to improve efficiency and traceability.
In addition, each Onet representative in charge of monitoring the contract receives training on Ugap's specific operations and tools.

Onet Security is developing joint recruitment initiatives with Pôle Emploi, Défense Mobilité, the national police force and human security training schools. Our HR teams regularly organize recruitment sessions: student fairs, temporary companies, local fairs, etc.

We take action every day to limit our environmental impact:
- Clean-up and recycling of our agents' IT and electronic equipment waste thanks to a partnership (PTI, portable radio, flashlight, headset, etc.).
- Eco-responsible referencing for our security guard outfits (raw materials from recyclable materials).
- Responsible purchasing policy, giving priority to low-consumption equipment.
- Development of Onet's fleet of hybrid and electric vehicles.
