With its 17 hectares, seven exhibition halls, and multiple access points, Parc Chanot is a particularly challenging site in terms of security.
The scale of the event required the implementation of a robust, agile, and coordinated security system capable of adapting to the diversity of flows and the different phases from setup to closure.
Onet's missions to ensure visitors' peace of mind

Flow management, a key issue at this event:
In a context of high visitor numbers and proximity between public areas and sensitive technical spaces, our agents played a central role, ensuring smooth access and the safety of all visitors.
Their presence on the ground is not limited to surveillance: they observe, anticipate, and regulate in real time, ensuring smooth traffic flow between different areas while detecting unusual behavior.
Through their attentiveness, vigilance, and mastery of situations, they contribute directly to the operational success of the event, guaranteeing an environment that is both safe and welcoming.
Agile management and multi-level supervision
A security coordination center (SCC) has been set up to centralize information and ensure continuous liaison between the various operational teams and the WorldSkills France organization.
Onet's management is organized according to a two-tiered complementary structure:
- Supervisor: oversees overall coordination, monitors risk developments, and adjusts resources in real time:
- Team leaders: provide operational supervision and ensure smooth workflows. They act as the managerial link between managers and staff and deal with operational issues.
This management system ensures continuous supervision, immediate adaptability, and smooth customer communication.
