The electronic handrail is an indispensable tool for any private security company.

The electronic handrail enables greater efficiency and real-time reporting. In practice, the agent goes out into the field with a mobile handrail embedded in his smartphone. Among other things, the application enables them to take photos, which they can then transmit to the on-call service, the police, the fire department, customers, etc. These photos and other information are archived as they come in.
Each intervention site requires rigorous and specific parameterization
Most of the sites we work on are equipped with a computerized handrail installed on the fixed security PC. For their part, the agents have a mobile version on their smartphones. And even though our 6,000 or so employees have been trained to use this system, each new mission comes with its own specific instructions and new settings. This data has to be carefully entered into the respective device for each handrail.
Supporting agents in the field
To achieve this, training and support in software management are essential. That's why we've chosen to work with a single supplier for the software associated with the handrail. It's a real long-term partnership. What's more, each agent is provided with an instruction guide, which is essential for rigorously applying procedures and sharing information via the application on his or her smartphone.
