Onet Logistique takes part in the "Manager's first steps" course
Cursus offered by Onet University
The "First Steps in Management" course is offered and supported by Onet University. The course, which leads to certification, lasts 12 months and, for this first year, covers the Paris, Nord and Centre regions.
For management and customer relations, it is backed by LEFEBVRE DALLOZ, which will support our trainees right through to their final exams, including on-site visits to our logistics sites.
Several other business-specific training courses will be provided by our in-house experts: pack office and digitalization, employment law, recruitment, continuous improvement, kpi management, QSSE...
We hope that this first session will make our trainees feel more comfortable in their jobs and in their customer relations, and that it will continue to develop their sense of belonging to the company and their commitment to serving Onet Logistique's customers. This challenge has already been partly met at the kick-off, where our trainees appeared willing, curious and committed!
The main purpose of our University is to develop the skills of all our employees, from agents to managers, whatever their profession, to help our managers grow and develop their leadership, to digitalize training, and to contribute to the brand.
