Passenger services: Onet Airport Services extends its expertise at Charles de Gaulle Airport for its customer Air France

Thanks to its expertise in baggage logistics, within baggage sorters and on the ramp at the Roissy Charles de Gaulle hub, Onet Airport Services is extending its services for its customer Air France within the operations of terminal 2E, serving Air France passengers and staff.

Our teams are playing a new, essential role in customer service and operational management for check-in assistance and baggage handling in the arrivals hall, known respectively as "EDAC" and "SAB".

To guarantee passenger satisfaction and operational excellence, Onet Airport Services provides a wide range of check-in assistance services at Terminal 2E.

Our EDAC agents are responsible for :

  • The installation of wayfinding barriers at check-in to guide passengers,
  • Supplying check-in counters with labels and other materials, to facilitate the work of Air France staff,
  • Welcoming passengers to pick up and deliver oversized baggage and pets to the aircraft,
  • Pick-up of strollers at boarding gates for loading in the hold.

To effectively manage these activities, Onet Airport Services relies on technological tools developed in-house. These tools ensure fluid communication between our employees and the airline, traceability of our operations, and data collection and analysis for continuous improvement actions.

Our teams provide personalized baggage handling for "La Première" and SkyPriority passengers. Our agents guarantee VIP service, with easy baggage check-in and direct transfer to the aircraft.

  • Welcoming passengers and managing the replacement of damaged baggage
