SNCF once again entrusts its passengers to Onet Reception
Rennes SNCF station offers a travel assistance service for people with reduced mobility.
The SNCF Gares & Connexions network is accessible to People with Disabilities/People with Reduced Mobility (PSH/PMR) and enables these passengers to travel every day, on all trains, between two stations open to this free personalized service.

To carry out these passenger assistance missions, SNCF has once again placed its trust in the know-how and expertise ofOnet Reception.
Already present in Cannes, Antibes, Lyon and Marseille Provence airport, Onet Reception teams have now been deployed in Rennes station 7 days a week since January 6, 2020, to enable people with reduced mobility or disabilities to travel with peace of mind.
The Onet Reception team is there to help these travelers.
Pregnant women, senior citizens, people with motor, visual, hearing or mental disabilities: our customer service agents take care of them from the moment they arrive at the station until they board the train.
On arrival at their destination, customers are accompanied from their seat on the train to their exit from the station, or to their connection if they have to take another train.
From simple orientation aids to more extensive assistance, such as handling wheelchairs or lifting ramps, Onet Reception teams simplify the journey from start to finish.
