Onet Technologies commits to greater equality by signing the Engineering Charter for Gender Equality!

At the Meet'Ingé forum on October 14, 2021 Onet Technologies, represented by Elodie Volle (Human Resources Director), signed the Engineering Charter for gender diversity.

At present, only 31% of engineers are women, despite the fact that they are at the forefront of major social, environmental and technological transitions.

That's why we're committed to greater professional equality, by attracting more women, mobilizing our female talent and offering them career paths within our Group.

Gender equality charter drawn up by Syntec-Ingénierie

By signing the Gender Equality Charter drawn up by Syntec-Ingénierie, Onet Technologies undertakes to :

  • Take action to change the image of engineering among young people, especially girls
  • Ensuring equal treatment for women and men throughout their careers
  • Promoting work-life balance for all
  • Encourage access to management positions for women, by developing upward mobility
