Responsible Purchasing and Supplier Relations Charter (RFAR)

ONET Technologies is a signatory to the RFAR Charter. The aim of this charter is to improve relations between customers and suppliers, in order to build a lasting and balanced relationship based on mutual trust.

The ONET Technologies Purchasing Department has drawn up a Purchasing Policy and Charter for all ONET Technologies employees involved in the purchasing process, describing the rules and best practices. This Purchasing Policy and Charter is a guide to our responsibilities in terms of purchasing and ethics.

In order to respond effectively to the requirements of our customers and markets, ONET Technologies' Purchasing Policy :

Declines the Purchasing Policy of the ONET Group according to the principles below:

- The principle of juste nécessaire,

- The principle of transparency and compliance,

- The principle of optimizing purchasing power,

- The principle of reasoned choice and supplier control,

- The principle of integrity and loyalty in supplier relations: respect for the ONET Group's ethical principles.

Contributes to technical and economic performance while controlling supplier risks,

Prohibits all discriminatory acts towards our suppliers and respects the principles of responsible purchasing,

Promotes balanced trade agreements,

Guarantees the conformity and safety of subcontracted products and services.

ONET Technologies wishes to establish solid partnership relations with the most efficient suppliers, who guarantee the quality and safety of its achievements, while respecting the ONET Technologies Policy and the values of the ONET Group. ONET Group's core values:

ONET Technologies Policy Q3SER commitments:

Our external service providers must commit to :

Comply with the Quality, Safety, Health, Security, Environment and Radiation Protection (Q3SER) requirements and obligations expected by ONET Technologies and in particular:

- The 5 vital rules concerning the risks associated with mechanized handling-lifting loads, road risk, electrical risk, mechanical risk (machine tools) and working at height,

- The General Quality Assurance Specification applicable to orders,

- The Q3SER commitments of the Onet Technologies Policy.

Put safety and security before any technical, commercial or financial considerations,

Deliver quality products and services that meet our specifications and requirements and those of our customers,

Make proposals to be competitive (optimize lead times, costs, methods, innovation...),

Provide ONET Technologies with all up-to-date attestations, certifications and qualifications, sign/apply the commitment on ethics and social responsibility and complete the supplier questionnaire directly on the e-Attestations.com platform,

Respect legislation and the Labor Code, particularly the employment of legal employees,

Undertake to comply with data protection regulations (RGPD),

Ban all forms of fraud and counterfeiting (CFSI) on pain of prosecution and/or exclusion from the panel. Alert ONET Technologies as soon as possible if fraud and/or counterfeiting is detected by a third party,

Prohibit any business practice that is tantamount to corruption or that could cause a conflict of interest.
