Onet has developed the Onet Learn application to support and train its agents right from their first steps in the company.

 

Changing practices, a favorable context.

Thanks to digital transformation and digital tools, the skills development plan is evolving. Today, the law on the freedom to choose one's professional future recognizes new teaching methods. With a view to changing practices, Onet has anticipated this revolution by experimenting with learning and training its employees on Smartphones and tablets.

The design of the Onet Learn application was the fruit of a collaborative effort between Human Resources, DSINI and operations.

Focus on this tool, which is transforming agent training methodology and is part of the Group's strategic digital transformation plan.

Guarantee quality services in compliance with Onet's operational standards

Used daily by agents, site managers and area managers, Onet Learn guarantees quality services and the consistent deployment of operational standards, validated by business experts. Each agent has direct access to his or her own training path, dedicated to his or her job and sector of activity, to be reminded of the products to be used, to validate what has been learned, to review safety instructions or to learn a new method. The application is accessible anywhere, anytime.

"For 2019, for example, we have developed training courses by sector: Agri-food, Health, Transport, Tertiary, Distribution). These courses consist of several tutorials averaging five minutes each, plus a quiz. The aim is to make it easier to understand operational standards, gestures and postures, and safety instructions", explains Martine Baronian, Head of Onet University.

Onet Learn's main objectives :

  • Provide agents with specific training in new techniques and the specificities of the customer sector,
  • Guarantee the uniform deployment of operational standards, validated by Onet's business experts.
  • Modernize the business and enhance the value of our employees.
  • Provide appropriate content: extensive use of business videos, operational iconography.

The Onet Learn application is an integral part of our overall training program, enhancing the quality of the services delivered by our agents.

Continuing training: a priority

The Onet Group has always regarded continuing training as a strategic investment.

The whole project is in keeping with the spirit of Onet University, whose motto for over 20 years has been "Growing together and cultivating our benchmark". These training courses have enabled over 700 employees to progress to management positions.

The Onet Group's Human Resources department is committed to developing innovative, degree-granting career paths that promote cross-functionality between all the company's business lines.

Extra info: The Gold Trophy for digitalization!

Onet won the Gold Trophy for digitalization at the second edition of the Victoires des Leaders du Capital Humain in Lyon.

The trophy recognizes the Group's overall digital strategy, which has seen a proliferation of digital projects, including Onet Learn.
