The Association des Directeurs de l'Environnement de Travail (ARSEG) is France's1st professional network dedicated to the working environment.
ARSEG is committed to promoting and enhancing the profession by drawing attention to trades that contribute to the competitiveness of the French economy, and which will have a direct impact on well-being in the workplace, as well as on the energy transition of companies.

With more than 2,000 members, including 300 Associate Members throughout France and beyond, ARSEG has over 46 years' experience in federating industry players and supporting them on a day-to-day basis, notably through the regular publication of in-depth documents and events.
With its finger on the pulse of innovations in the working environment, ARSEG has the legitimacy to take part in all work-related debates: employee health and well-being, new workspace organizations, working hours, the relationship with digital technology, transport, regional planning, safety and security.
