Optimizing human safety services with MCI :
Our agents use Main Courante IT software to track all safety/security activities (taking up positions and agents' GPS positions, tracking interventions and entries and exits, reporting and KPIs in real time, PTI on loan) linked to Aluminium Dunkerque's activity. The software is integrated into Onet Security agents' smartphones, so that in the event of an incident, they can report it directly to the customer via the application, and illustrate it with photos/videos.
