Our on-site teams coordinate physical (handling) and IT (traceability) flows within our customers' warehouses.

Work-study programs, a solution for training and recruitment

Onet Logistique has a policy of recruiting work-study students every year. After completing an initial course of study in a conventional curriculum, many young people opt for a work-study program to gain professional experience while following a course of study in line with the company's needs. In 2024, Onet Logistique recruited a large number of employees at various academic levels, from baccalaureate to Master 2. 

We are also committed to preparing for the future by welcoming interns and work-study students to a wide variety of sites and functions. The work-study program (school/company) enables gradual integration into the teams and step-by-step acquisition of know-how. A new arrival, a new generation, a new way of looking at things... the questions and even the astonishment of a work-study student can be as many "diagnoses" for our teams. Our work-study students become ambassadors, imbued with the corporate culture and trained by our tutors. In 2024, we offered contracts to 90% of our work-study students whose contracts were coming to an end.
