SAINT-GOBAIN PAM: When the responsiveness of our Onet Logistique teams enables us to manage a customer emergency from the Gréasque site
At the Saint-Gobain PAM site in Gréasque, Onet Logistique teams are more than ever mobilized to ensure continuity of service. They have demonstrated a high level of responsiveness, praised by Saint-Gobain PAM's Deputy Regional Director during an emergency delivery to the site.
Saint-Gobain PAM Gréasque: a major site
Saint-Gobain PAM designs, produces and distributes products and services for drinking water and wastewater infrastructure (pipes, fittings, valves and roadworks), as well as numerous industrial applications. Established in France for over 160 years, it operates in 140 countries.
Since February 2019, our Onet Logistique employees have been working at the Gréasque site, handling stock management, order preparation and loading on a full-time basis on the 12,000m2 external surface and 2,500m2 warehouse.
Improvement initiatives such as product relocation, the deployment of BLUE QUALITY to dematerialize loading and warehouse controls, the commissioning of a new fleet of forklifts ranging from 2.5T to 8T, and the holding of monthly steering committees bear witness to a genuine partnership.

Here's a look back at the delivery emergency that led our teams to intervene in record time.
While the Gréasque site had been closed since March 18 (outside emergency protocol), Saint-Gobain PAM's Deputy Regional Manager was alerted to an emergency by one of his customers following a break in the water supply network in the Annonay area.
The risk? An inability to open the depot. The depot is essential, however, as it supplies the materials (pipes, fittings, etc.) needed to supply drinking water and transport wastewater in the region.
The Onet Logistique team was called in to meet this urgent breakdown order.
Less than 24 hours after the alert, our teams prepared the order and loaded the pipes.
The energies deployed enabled us to bring the network up to standard in record time.
