With CleanConnect, this model becomes dynamic.

How does CleanConnect work?

How CleanConnect works

At the start of the shift, the agent logs on to the CleanConnect application from a smartphone. He or she is given a list of tasks to be carried out in the zone to which he or she has been assigned. They can also use the application to report any anomalies during their shift.

In this way, site managers and team leaders can control the entire service from a dashboard, triggering cleaning actions remotely or modifying settings, which increases our responsiveness by anticipating our customers' needs.

On the technical side, the solution is based on three levels of data:

  • predefined fixed data (surface areas, type of location, etc.),
  • agile data derived in part from connected objects (flows, metering data, etc.)
  • and finally those transmitted by manual addition.

In concrete terms, in a defined area, connected sensors collect information on visitor numbers, satisfaction levels and consumable stocks (soap, toilet paper, etc.). This information is immediately processed by algorithms, and transcribed onto smartphones in the form of roadmaps, which can be viewed directly by staff.

More broadly, the solution enables cleaning services to be optimized according to actual site usage and occupant needs, guaranteeing the desired quality at the right price.
