RULES FOR THE ONET PROPRETE ET SERVICES PRIZE DRAW

AT HEAVENT MEETINGS FROM MARCH 27 TO 28, 2024

SOCIETE DE MANAGEMENT PROPRETE ET SERVICES SAS, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de MARSEILLE under number 451 327 639, whose head office is located at MARSEILLE 13009, 36 boulevard de l'Océan, represented by its Managing Director Stéphane Dupont, hereinafter referred to as "The Organizer", is a subsidiary of a group of engineering and service companies.

As part of its participation in the Heavent Meetings trade event taking place from March 27 to 28, 2024 at the Palais des Congrès et Festivals in Cannes, the company decided to organize a prize draw for visitors to its stand.

The prizes will consist of :

  • 2 center court box seats for the Master Rolex Monte Carlo qualifier on April 6, 2024
  • 2 grandstand tickets for the Top 14 rugby final in Marseille on June 28, 2024 at the Orange Vélodrome
  • 2 box seats for the OL - Strasbourg soccer match on May 18, 2024 at Lyon's Groupama Stadium

There will therefore be 3 prizes of 2 tickets each.
Participation in this Game is free and without obligation.

The present Rules define the terms and conditions of this Game.

Article 1: Purpose of the Game

The Game consists in rewarding the first participant designated hereafter as "Candidate " whose entry form will be drawn at random. 

Article 2: Call for applications

Visitors to the Onet stand and Heavent Meetings will be invited to enter. Visitors interested in taking part in the Draw will be able to read the present rules from March 27 to 28, 2024 from the link indicated on the website www.onet.fr via the e-mail confirming their participation in the Contest that will be sent to them.

Article 3 - Terms of participation :

Participation will take place on the stand and in the surrounding area on a digital tablet presented and guided by Onet teams on site, on which each candidate will complete the questionnaire reproduced in the appendix to these rules. It will take place between March 27 and 28, 2024 at 5:00 pm.

The validity of a Candidate's participation is subject to :

  • The accuracy of the Candidate's e-mail address and the sworn certification of his or her professional status on the questionnaire.
  • Acceptance of the present rules by each candidate, who must declare that he/she has read, understood and accepted them by ticking the appropriate box.


Candidates are informed that they may unsubscribe from the prospecting list at any time.

Article 4 - Game conditions - Prize draw

The draw will take place Friday, March 29, 2024 at 4:30 pmAny postponement will be announced by email to the candidates.

The draw will be carried out using an online digital tool: https: //www.tirage-au-sort.net/.

A candidate is entitled to only one prize. In the event of a candidate being drawn more than once, the winner of the additional prize will be the candidate finishing behind the1st candidate in the ranking.

  • Winners will be announced only to the candidates concerned by email between April 2 and 5, 2024.
  • The announcement of the losers will be made only to the candidates concerned by email between April 2 and April 5, 2024.

 

Article 5 - Designation of the winner

The three Winners will be the people whose names are randomly selected by the online digital tool: https: //www.tirage-au-sort.net/

Article 6 - Lot designation

  • 2 center court box seats for the Master Rolex Monte Carlo qualifier on April 6, 2024

There will therefore be 3 lots, each comprising 2 places.

Places are not by name.

Article 7 - Information or publication of winners' names

By participating, each candidate is informed and agrees that, should he or she win, his or her first and last names may be published on all Onet Group communication media: Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Intranet, Yammer, Fil Bleu, Press, www.groupeonet.com and www.onet.fr websites and others...

Article 8 - Delivery or withdrawal of Prizes

The prize will be sent to each winner by the Organizer at the following e-mail address : bgiardina@onet.fr

The lot awarded is personal and non-transferable.

In addition, the prize may not be contested in any way whatsoever by the winners, nor may it be exchanged or given in exchange for any other consideration whatsoever.

If, following confirmation of the prize by e-mail from the Organizer, the winning candidate does not reply within 10 days, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize.

Article 10 - Protection of personal data  

Onet collects and uses candidates' personal data to enable them to take part in the competition on the basis of the contract, and to carry out commercial prospecting activities (commercial offers, relational newsletters, etc.) on the basis of legitimate interest. These uses may involve updating contact data. The identification and professional data of each Candidate are kept for 23 months within the framework of the competition, and outside the scope of any contract entered into with the third party. In the case of commercial canvassing, data is kept until the person unsubscribes or during the commercial relationship, then 3 years from the last contact between the person and the company. Data is intended for authorized persons within the Organizer's group of companies, and for authorized subcontractors. Candidates may request access to their data, correct it if it is inaccurate, ask for it to be deleted, ask to restrict its use, retrieve it, or exercise their right to limitation by contacting the Onet Group's Data Protection Officer via the e-mail address dpo@Onet.fr or by post at Onet - Délégué à la protection des données - 36 boulevard de l'Océan 13009 Marseille. If, after contacting the Data Protection Officer, the Candidate considers that his/her rights have not been respected, he/she may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Article 11 - Liability

  1. 1 from the Organizer: each Candidate acknowledges and accepts that the sole obligation of the Organizer under the Game is to conduct the draw under the conditions indicated in these Rules, provided that his/her participation complies with the terms and conditions thereof and to award the prizes to the winner, according to the criteria and procedures defined in these Rules.

The Candidate has acknowledged that the Organizer reserves the right to postpone the date of the draw.

The Organizer declines all responsibility concerning the organization of the events for which the prizes are awarded, any postponements of one or more of them, accidents, damage or incidents suffered by the winners of the Prize Draw and the person accompanying them, all of which are the responsibility of the organizers.

11.2 of each winner in the use of the tickets won. Each winner will be legally responsible for the custody and use of the tickets won and for his/her actions or those of the persons accompanying him/her during the tournament.

Article 12 - Force majeure / Reservations

The Organizer may not be held liable if, due to a case of force majeure beyond its control or a change in the COVID 19 health crisis, the Contest has to be modified, shortened or cancelled. The Organizer reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems necessary to ensure compliance with the rules, in particular to disqualify any Candidate found to have committed fraud.

Article 13 - Disputes
The Rules are governed by French law. Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Rules will be settled exclusively by the Organizer.

No telephone requests or complaints concerning the application or interpretation of these Rules will be answered.

Any dispute or claim relating to the Game must be made in writing to the attention of Direction Marketing & Communication - Onet - 36 Bd de l'Océan 13009 Marseille.

Article 14 - Consultation of the Regulations

A copy of these Rules is available for consultation throughout the duration of the Game:

Online: they can consult it at www.onet.fr via the e-mail confirming their participation in the Game that will be sent to them.
