Production Delegation: Onet's expertise at the service of operational efficiency
In an increasingly competitive and ever-changing world, companies are looking for ways to optimize their processes and improve performance. Production delegation, a strategic approach that involves outsourcing certain key operational functions, has become an essential solution for many organizations. Onet, a major player in the service sector, stands out for its expertise and know-how in this field.
What is Production Delegation?

Multi-Site Manager Onet Logistique - Aeronautical Division
How long has Onet Logistique been involved in delegated production, and in which business sectors?
We have over 20 years' experience in this type of service. We are particularly active in the aircraft construction sector. Our most important activity consists in painting and applying mastic to aircraft sections. This is the "section protection" activity, whose main functions are to combat corrosion and seal the sections.
The second consists in preparing, checking and packaging aeronautical mastic, which will be used to seal aeronautical parts and aircraft.
The third involves painting the piping installed on aircraft to transport various fluids (water, oil, brake fluid, etc.).
What do our customers particularly appreciate about the Onet Logistique teams?
Compliance with aeronautical standards, transparency in our dealings and ongoing cooperation with our customers' teams to achieve the best possible performance. Our expertise is also recognized in the protection of aeronautical parts, from basic components to aircraft sections.
How do you assess each customer's specific needs before proposing a customized solution?
Whether it's a customer for whom we're already providing a service, or a prospect who's launching an invitation to tender, our study always begins with a careful reading of the specifications, carried out by our production and industrialization experts. We also sometimes carry out audits as part of a 1st outsourcing project, to help our customers express their needs and identify the issues at the heart of optimizing their flows and processes.
It is essential to visit the site and actively listen to the operational managers with whom we will be working, in order to understand the explicit and implicit expectations of the outsourcer. At the end of this exploratory analysis phase, we draw up customized technical offers based on a mix of tried-and-tested solutions for similar services and new organizations specifically adapted to our customers' challenges.
