Onet perpetuates its contract with a major industrial group by proposing a multi-service offer.

For almost 10 years, this industrial group has relied on Onet to provide tertiary cleaning services for its Alsace site, which employs nearly 3,000 people. At the beginning of the year, during a new call for tenders, the group wanted to find a single service provider capable of carrying out and managing various tasks in addition to cleaning. We were able to win the contract not only thanks to our knowledge of the customer and the site, but also thanks to a turnkey solution combining all our know-how and expertise. 

To be a driving force behind new ideas and to constantly renew ourselves!

In February 2022, for their site in Alsace, this industrial group launched a call for tenders for tertiary and industrial cleaning. But that's not all! The company was looking for a service provider capable of overseeing and managing a range of services, including maintenance, 3D (pest control),reception, security, vehicle fleet management, green spaces, vacuum excavation, snow removal and maintenance of green spaces.

Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of this mixed industrial and commercial site, we were able to propose a tailor-made, turnkey solution that met the customer's expectations.

To win this important contract, we implemented an innovative tool for steering and coordinating the various services via a smartphone application. Accessible and easy to use, it enables rapid management and traceability of actions. In this way, customers send us their requests via the application, and our teams carry them out. In terms of staffing, 25 of our agents have tenure and are present on site, including 5 supervisory staff.

From a CSR point of view, for several years now we have been implementing measures aimed at limiting our impact, such as the use of our Biogistic global responsible cleaning solution, with the installation of a dilution plant directly on site. An electric vehicle is also used daily for the consumables management round. Finally, in order to enrich and develop the system we have put in place, we are going to replace the entire Onet car fleet on site with electric vehicles.
