Onet Security integrates LDLC Arena's IA video surveillance system
Onet Security has integrated the electronic security system for the LDLC Arena, located near the Groupama Stadium in Lyon. Onet technicians installed 225 video surveillance cameras incorporating artificial intelligence and an anti-intrusion detection system, and maintain the electronic security system. The Onet group also supervises the human security system for VIP areas and parking lot reception.
The LDLC Arena, a multifunctional event hall for a unique experience
LDLC Arena is a sports and entertainment venue that can accommodate up to 16,000 people, making it the largest French Arena outside the Ile de France. During the 2024-2025 season, over 100 events are scheduled at the LDLC Arena, including concerts, sports competitions and shows, seminars, trade fairs...
The LDLC Arena called on Onet Security to integrate and maintain the electronic security system (indoor/outdoor):

The LDLC Arena is a1st category ERP building, and the gathering of several thousand people is not without safety risks (malicious acts, damage, terrorist threats, crowd movements). The integration of artificial intelligence enables us to react more quickly in the event of an incident, particularly when it comes to clearing up any doubts.
Design and integration of intelligent video surveillance cameras
Our Onet Security project managers selected the video surveillance cameras in strict compliance with our customer's specifications: technical features, integration of AI into the cameras, cyber-security of data.
A functional study was carried out to calibrate each video surveillance camera model, ensuring effective detection via an algorithm: virtual line crossing detection, discriminatory person or vehicle search, person counting.
The positioning and functions of each video surveillance camera are designed to meet a specific objective (detection, identification, recognition, observation) depending on the surveillance zone (site access gate, traffic lanes, parking lot, main hall, stage, etc.).
One Sécurité proposed a solution for the technical layout of the Security HQ and the Event HQ, specifying the configuration required for hypervision of the video surveillance, access control, intrusion and intercom systems.
Installation and configuration of 225 cameras and the Security and Event PC
The Onet Security technicians installed 225 cameras on different types of supports (masts up to 7m high, concrete partitions, false ceilings, etc.). Such operations require our teams to use a gondola to work at great heights.
All cameras were connected to the Groupama Stadium's storage servers and to the LDLC Arena's security and event PCs. Teams fromOnet Security also installed the equipment for the LDLC Arena's Security and Event PCs.
The cameras have been set up to communicate with the access control and anti-intrusion system. When a device is triggered, the CCTV camera lens automatically zooms in on the detected anomaly.
The technical teams have configured the algorithms of each camera so that it can identify: a crowd movement or gathering, the direction of movement of people and vehicles, a vehicle (type, color), an individual via predefined characteristics (gender, color of clothing, headgear...).
Maintenance of electronic safety devices
The LDLC Arena also recently entrusted Onet Security with the maintenance of its electronic security system, including video surveillance, access control, intercom and anti-intrusion systems.
