Onet Security and Onet Reception, at the heart of successful events in complex healthcare environments
Heavily impacted and at a standstill during the health crisis, the events sector is getting back on track after several months of inactivity.
Since June 9, 2021, the new health measures once again allow large-scale events to be held: our teams are doing their utmost to meet customer needs in compliance with government measures, and are ready to make your events a success!
Innovative solutions to meet new expectations
A key player in event security for over 20 years, Onet Security provides services for over 60 events a year, including sporting and cultural events, trade fairs, inaugurations and exhibitions.
Crowd movement, fire, malicious acts, intrusion... the risks associated with events are numerous.
Each of our security guards is specifically trained for the job and the risks involved.
They are thus in a position to prevent risks, guarantee the safety of the public and participants, and enhance the event's image.
The spectrum of our agents' missions is broad, covering the full range of needs, such as space security, public surveillance, fire and personal assistance services (SSIAP), access control - ticketing, security palpations, visual bag checks, flow management and VIP zone control.
With an available pool of 2,000 trained personnel and expertise in managing large-scale events, some of which require more than 700 security guards per event, Onet Security is able to maintain the highest standards.
In a complex health context, our teams have adapted to new needs and reinvented existing systems to ensure optimum safety: modified schedules, reinforced flow management, access gauge control, visitor counting, distribution of hydro-alcoholic gel, etc.
" Our aim is to provide our customers with all the comfort they need to enjoy their event with complete peace of mind," says Sébastien Koenig, Onet Security branch manager for Marseille and the surrounding area.
At Onet Reception, our teams have also demonstrated great agility, offering tailor-made solutions to each and every customer.
In addition to the classic event reception tasks (welcome, reception, information and orientation, computerized visitor management, badges, room placement, handing out documents and gifts, distribution of samples and goodies, microphones, VIP reception and accompaniment, checkroom management, badges, valet parking, drivers, interpreters, etc.), the hostesses and hosts at Onet Reception also provided customers with all the equipment they needed to ensure that events ran smoothly, such as face masks, hydro-alcohol gels and thermometers.
For example, at the Airbus Helicopters site in Marignane, the Onet Reception teams in charge of specific flow management within the 4 company canteens, count the number of people entering and leaving the rooms, in order to respect the currently restricted capacity gauges. They also act as mediators in the dining room, checking and accompanying visitors as they move around.
All staff are now trained to offer a genuine information pathway to future visitors.
Training at the heart of job retention requirements and dynamics
While its day-to-day operations were slowed down by the health crisis, Onet Reception capitalized on the time available to set up training programs and prepare its teams for the recovery.
Over and above the changes in the business and in health, these training courses have also helped to maintain links with the teams. At the Onet Reception Provence-Côte d'Azur branch, 40% of employees have benefited from these training courses in recent months.
In order to do everything possible to maintain and guarantee jobs, many employees have been repositioned on other missions, thus reassuring our teams on the one hand, and reinforcing our commitment to our customers on the other.
Complementary skills within the Group for tailor-made services
Thanks to shared processes and close collaboration between the Group's various entities, Onet is able to offer multi-skilled services. For example, event security and hospitality services can be complemented by cleaning services. This 360° vision of events enables us to cover a large part of our customers' needs.
Cleaning and disinfection requirements are essential, and it's clear to both Onet Sécurité and Onet Reception that by combining the Group's expertise with their services, they can offer customers the best possible conditions for the smooth running of their events. In the words of Chloé Laurens, Branch Manager Onet Reception, the aim is to "work with customers to create tailor-made services and meet the needs of tomorrow".
