Onet Security Cidel Rennes and Direction Régionale Ouest-Atlantique Onet Cleaning and Associated Services have teamed up to strengthen a long-standing partnership with Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire.

Onet has been working with this customer for over 13 years, providing electronic security and cleanliness services for its entire portfolio (nearly 420 sites in the 9 départements of these 2 regions).

On March 31, Yann Le Gourrierec, member of the Management Board of the Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire, invited Emilie de Lombarès, Chairman of the Board Onet of Onet SA, to take stock of this long-standing collaboration and share his thoughts on the challenges of tomorrow.

The two groups share the same values and culture, and are strongly committed to CSR. Led by Emilie de Lombarès, the Onet Security and Propreté et Services teams presented appropriate and effective solutions to meet the customer's challenges.

The representatives of Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire were particularly impressed by our unique management structure, the grouping of our services and the shared vision of our teams.

Customer proximity and expertise have always been the pillars of our trusted partnership with Caisse d'Epargne Pays de Loire. Teamwork on this project only increased our strength tenfold.

A new contract for Onet Security Cidel

Onet Security Cidel reinforces its presence within Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire by being entrusted with a new strategic contract for our customer.

In Brittany, the Cidel agency will be replacing the alarm control units at the heart of :

 - 20 branches by 2020

- 70 branches by 2022

- 75 branches by 2023

This will be a long-term challenge for our teams: it normally takes 10 years to replace the alarm control units in all our branches. Our teams will provide this service in just 3 years.

Each service will last around 3 weeks per branch, and will be carried out by teams of 5 to 6 full-time technicians, rising to 7 from January 2022.

For the Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire, this program represents a major investment. The choice of service provider is therefore a key factor in its success.

Focus on Onet Security Cidel 

Founded in 1991 and based in Vern-sur-Seiche (35), Cidel specializes in intruder and fire alarms, access control and video surveillance.     

In 2015, Onet Security acquired Cidel to integrate it into its network of agencies specializing in electronic security, thus strengthening its position in the field.         

This acquisition also enables us to diversify our customer portfolio, which now includes public administrations (local authorities, schools, etc.), banks, retail outlets, logistics platforms and a cash-in-transit company".   

For its part, Cidel brings two new areas of expertise that complement the know-how of the Onet group: fire detection and key and safe management.

Renewal at stake for Onet Cleaning and Associated Services

The CleanConnect solution presented at the meeting was also of great interest to the Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays de la Loire.

Adapted to some of their establishments, CleanConnect, our innovative connected cleanliness offer, would enable them to respond to new ways of organizing work and increase employee satisfaction.

Onet Cleaning and Associated Services enters into negotiations for a new contract starting in 2022.
