Onet, a long-standing partner of the Open 13 Provence, is rolling out its multi-expertise services dedicated to events to mark the 30th anniversary of the tennis tournament.
From February 20 to 26, the Open 13 will be held at the Palais des Sports in Marseille. Every year, this event brings together players ranked among the world's best.
The 2023 event attracted 60,000 visitors over a one-week period. Onet's teams, in charge of year-round maintenance at the Palais des Sports de Marseille, know the site inside out and work before, during and after the tournament to ensure the smooth running of the event and the best possible experience for spectators.

During such an event, what are your safety and cleanliness issues?
Today, safety and cleanliness have become essential to any organization. We have to ensure the safety of our players, so the stakes in this area are increasingly high. Putting security on the court, which we didn't do at the first tournaments, is essential. Cleaning is also fundamental for all of us. With the Onet Group, we've got a perfect grasp of this issue.
Why did you choose Onet?
The choice of Onet at the outset was a friendly one, linked to a human encounter. Subsequently, we chose our partner on the basis of the results delivered. In your opinion, what are the advantages of a multi-expertise offering?
For the past 20 years, our tournament has been one of the top 2 in its ATP 250 category, ahead of megacities such as Moscow and Stockholm. It's a pretty amazing place to be. There are three criteria when you travel to an event. Beyond the sporting criteria, they are access, security and cleanliness. I work with Onet in two of the Group's businesses, cleaning and security. I always need to evolve and get closer to groups that are powerful, that are committed to me over the long term and that have the ability to adapt and cover all our needs.
