An adapted technique...
Unlike the use of this technique on tertiary sites, DSVA with ozone does not require preparatory caulking work: buses and streetcars are sufficiently airtight and can be treated outdoors: the ozone remains "confined".
And the possibility of gas escaping into the open air poses no risk. Upstream and downstream procedures are, of course, deployed & strictly adhered to:
- An initial cleaning stage is carried out.
- The ozone generator is then placed in the passenger compartment of the urban transit vehicle. The machine is activated when no-one is present, and the gas is diffused throughout the bus.
- An ozone tester is then placed inside to ensure that the gas concentration is low enough to allow it to be reintegrated.
...for a satisfied customer
Perfectly suited to bus disinfection, this technique has given customers complete satisfaction for several reasons:
- Its action is total: the bus is completely disinfected: the fabric seat, the porosity of the steering wheel, the inside of the ventilation grilles... the gas penetrates everywhere...
- No residue remains: gas disinfection is dry, so no rinsing is required (unlike nebulization, which requires postoperative cleaning).
- A real clean, fresh and healthy smell lingers after the operation, reassuring users.

Offers tailored to deconfinement
The Onet Group offers a range of decontamination services, from simple cleaning to total surface disinfection using Ozone Airborne Systems. The aim is to optimize the service according to your activity, and in particular your capacity to receive the public. An upstream study of your facility enables us to deploy a tailor-made solution.

Customer case SIBRA / Aerial surface disinfection with ozone gas
For the first time, Onet's Annecy and Besançon branches used ozone gas to Disinfect Surfaces by Air (DSVA). These cleaning and disinfection services in the transport sector were carried out for SIBRA, the intercommunal bus company for the Annecy region, and Keolis in Besançon, and went off without a hitch. The result? Satisfied customers & a protocol perfectly adapted to current needs.
Focus on ozone gas disinfection, a new kind of cleaning!
A need quickly identified and anticipated
Since March 17, the government has issued instructions to disinfect buses and streetcars on a daily basis.
During the containment period, with fleet volumes reduced, disinfection was carried out manually by Onet staff. The problem then quickly arose of maintaining the disinfection service in normal operation.
The proposed solution: DSVA with Ozone Gas
Ozone is the antimicrobial agent with the broadest spectrum of action. It is a 52% stronger oxidizing agent than chlorine, and its action is much faster. This gas acts on all types of micro-organisms, including Coronavirus strains, and destroys pathogens or contaminants by oxidation. Ozone is diffused via a generator in a closed environment, without any human presence, and over a period of time calculated according to the surface area.
