Zohra Miktar, a taste for work well done

When, in 2010, Onet Cleaning and Associated Services took over the CHU Montpellier contract from Hôpital Services (now Elior Santé), Zohra Miktar was on duty in oncology. That same year, the Hematology department moved, and Zohra seized the opportunity to become a machinist on the ride-on scrubbers, adapting to the new responsibilities and technical challenges of the job.
Since 2010, Onet teams have been ensuring the cleanliness of circulation areas, laboratories, radiology and offices. As a machinist services agent, Zohra ensures the cleanliness of corridors and reception halls, crucial to the safety of patients, staff and visitors.
In 2011, she was appointed substitute team leader at the Lapeyronie site, before becoming team leader at Saint-Eloi hospital the following year. At this facility, she supervises 30 agents, ensuring both rigorous control of services and the quality of their execution.
Close contact with agents and vigilance in respecting protocols
The human aspect is paramount in the hospital sector. Agents need to talk to each other, and there's a strong need not to leave a problem unresolved, but to settle matters quickly.

His experience as a service agent enables him to understand the challenges facing his team, and to adopt a close management approach. Her responsiveness goes hand in hand with constant vigilance over service delivery.
I like things to be well done," she says, "but responsiveness is useless if the biocleaning protocols aren't respected. It's essential, because it's the patient's health that's at stake!
Professional development while remaining attentive to the needs of our agents
In 2017, Zohra was promoted from team leader to area manager, still at Saint-Eloi Hospital. She is now responsible for the operational management of the entire perimeter, including time and attendance, order management and customer relations. Despite these new responsibilities, she remains true to her principles of closeness to agents, encouraging exchanges and insisting on the importance of a job well done.
In July 2023, she was promoted to CHU referent. Nominated for this position by Branch Manager Carole Hardel, Zohra now manages all Montpellier University Hospital sites for Onet Cleaning and Associated Services . A true pilot of the service, she is responsible for customer relations at each facility and supervises the work of 150 Onet employees, divided between sector managers, team leaders and agents.

Looking to the future
With this solid experience and a proven ability to adapt over the years, Zohra Miktar is determined to progress in her missions. Her aim is to continue to support the Montpellier University Hospital in its development. Decoration of the conventional radiology room in pediatric radiology at CHU Montpellier
The Onet Cleaning and Associated Services team at CHU Montpellier is proud to have developed artist Arkaneartist Arkane, to create a spatial and playful atmosphere in a new conventional radiology room in the CHU's pediatric radiology department.
Designed for semi-invasive procedures on patients aged 0 to 15, the decorated radiology room encourages calm and "escape" for the child during the imaging procedure. The young patient focuses on looking for characters on the walls, and his or her apprehension of the procedure diminishes.
The room was an immediate success with children and their parents, as well as radiologists and manipulators.
