Our specialized PHMR reception and assistance teams had the privilege of welcoming Pope Francis on the tarmac at Marseille Provence airport during his visit to Marseille. In particular, we deployed our forklift truck to enable the pontiff to disembark from the plane in complete safety.

Clara Collado-Sardou, 20 years old at the time, handled the delicate operation brilliantly, transporting Pope Francis. Despite the stress generated by this unprecedented event, she demonstrated her self-confidence by approaching the forklift truck to one of the plane's disembarkation exits. Her performance was praised by Pope Francis, who presented her with a rosary. A fine reward for Clara, who joined Onet Reception on a professionalization contract in 2021 and is now on a permanent contract!
